Appointment Policy

In order to serve you best, appointments are highly recommended. True emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Our staff does their best to accomodate everyone. We do reserve the right to refuse service. For Rx's please call ahead for refills.


Payment Policy

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

CareCredit

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  Kindness Animal Hospital understands this and we can except payment through the CareCredit program. You can apply online at:  www.CareCredit.com.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
